OVERVIEW.
PROBLEM
Casa di Dolce Co. is a high-quality importer of authentic Italian frozen cakes looking to establish a wholesale presence in the New England region. However, they lacked a digital storefront to support that growth. Their brand had no dedicated website, no easy way for restaurants, cafés, and specialty retailers to browse or request products, and no scalable ordering system for B2B customers. Additionally, their branding didn’t reflect the artisan quality of their offerings, limiting their ability to stand out in a competitive food service landscape.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
We built a custom Shopify website designed specifically for wholesale buyers in the food service industry. The site includes account-based access, allowing only approved businesses to view full product details and pricing. Products were organized into clear, easy-to-navigate categories with downloadable spec sheets for chefs and business owners. To elevate the brand, we designed a warm and sophisticated visual experience, pairing Italian-inspired typography with AI-generated lifestyle photography that shows the desserts in beautifully plated settings. We optimized the site for mobile so that buyers across the New England states can explore the catalog and place orders from any device, whether in the kitchen or on the go.
